Welcome to the WP Queen Forum (“the Forum”). Please review and accept these Terms of Use to access and participate in the forum.

To become a member of the the Forum you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms after you read this Agreement, you may not use the Forum.

Each time you access any part of the Forum, which is any page, file, or information found on the Forum you are agreeing to separately be bound by the terms of this Agreement and any modifications.

You agree that we may modify the terms of this Agreement, in our sole discretion, by posting amended terms on this page. Additionally, further rules of the Forum may be posted from time to time as a sticky in the Forum. Your use of the Forum indicates your acceptance of these additional rules.

You understand and agree to the following: (a) if you choose to register, you must submit a valid e-mail address and select a password and user name during the registration process; (b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member name and password, and all uses of your account – whether or not you have authorized such use; (c) You agree to notify the Forum administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; (d) You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the accuracy of your information; and (e) You are at least 18 years of age.

The Forum Administrator reserves the right to delete accounts created by users who appropriate the name, likeness, email address, or other personally identifiable information of another individual. The Forum reserves the right to refuse the service, or any part of the service, to any user for any reason.

You may not create multiple usernames and accounts for the purpose of committing fraud, making misrepresentations, or to make posts by multiple usernames within the same forum thread.

You will not use the Forum to harass or abuse other members whether by way of individual posts, private messages or any other means within the Forum.

By registering you agree that the owner of the Forum may communicate with you via the private message and/or email system, and that this may include unsolicited offers or advertisements for products or services.

You will not use the Forum to send via any format, and specifically private messages and email, any unsolicited offers or advertisements for any product or service. You will not use the Forum to collect names of persons to send via any format any unsolicited offers or advertisements for any product or service.

You understand and agree that the Forum may review from time to time and delete any content that violates this Agreement or which might be inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or harm the safety of or violate the rights of any person. This includes any content that links to such improper content outside of the Forum.

Content that is illegal or prohibited, includes, but is not limited to, material, text, graphics, video or audio that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, bigoted, racially offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

The Forum reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone. The Forum may terminate your membership and any and all information, communications or postings, at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement.

Should any term of this Agreement be declared void or unenforceable, that term shall be severed from the Agreement and such declaration shall have no effect on the enforceability of the remaining terms.

Our failure to enforce any rights granted in this Agreement or to take action against any other party in the event of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver by us as to subsequent enforcement of rights or subsequent actions in the event of future breaches.
